Founded in 2020 by Caroline Kataya and Maureen Chimfwembe, nashgearcustoms has come a long way from its beginnings in Lusaka Zambia. When we first started out, our passion for helping clients create their ideal custom shoe drove us to start our own business.

Shipping & Returns
We will be happy to assist you for eligible returns, with a return instructions and the return shipping address. If you need a return or exchange, send us an email so we can discuss a replacement.
Returns will only be valid 21 days after purchase internationally and 7 days for domestic purchase if certain conditions are met and fulfilled. We reserve the right to choose which items will be eligible for return. Please note that Nashgear Customs will not be liable for postage fees hence, it will be the customers responsibility to ensure that items reach us in good condition. Therefore we recommend using a signed for courier service.
